Use of vitamin C in curing sepsis and septic shock


Sepsis, an infection that kills millions worldwide each year and is the third leading cause of death in the United States, may have finally met its match. In this video, Dr. Paul Marik, an intensive-care physician at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, in the United States, explains how his use of intravenous vitamin C is helping to cure patients who would otherwise have died.
