Doctor cures schizophrenic son with niacin, Abram Hoffer, MD, PhD

In this video, Abram Hoffer M.D., Ph.D., talks about a doctor who, in 1960, cured his 12-year-old son of schizophrenia using an approach based on the use of large doses of niacin (vitamin B3). Dr. Hoffer discovered the effectiveness of niacin as a treatment for schizophrenia back in the 1950s, but modern psychiatry has thus far failed to recognize it.
