Take a look at these amazing photos documenting the development of our School Health Parliament project in Uganda. We now have 22 schools that are working together in the school gardening project.
With the endless enthusiasm of the school’s pupils, a helpful hand from teachers, and a lot of heart from our Movement of Life Uganda coordinators, we managed to reach 22 schools this year. The goals of this project are to educate children on the importance of micronutrients to health, to grow fruits and vegetables and use them as a source of micronutrient-rich food, and to promote health in schools and communities.
Keep up the great work, team Uganda!
