The children taking part in our Movement of Life school gardening project at Warren Park School in Harare, Zimbabwe, have recently begun harvesting their crops. The first vegetables ready for harvesting were the eggplants, which the children planted earlier last year. Other vegetables being grown include okra, green peppers, chilis, and green beans. The school also has medicinal plants such as Aloe vera, rosemary and Zumbani, which are used to treat colds and flu.
