The Movement of Life gardening project in Nigeria is growing! Take a look at these pictures documenting a Cellular Medicine training session for its volunteers. Like their counterparts in other countries, they are learning that a chronic lack of vitamin C is the primary cause of cardiovascular diseases.
The volunteers will use this knowledge to promote natural health in their communities. They will also be leading School Health Parliament projects in local languages and teaching children about the importance of essential micronutrients for health, guiding them on how to grow their own food naturally by using simple farming tools, and encouraging them to eat fruits and vegetables to maintain health and prevent disease.
The School Health Parliament project involves growing fruits, vegetables, and medicinal plants. Read more about this project and download our materials for free by visiting the For School section of our website.
